Our Staff

I grew up with a love for the game of soccer and was instilled with a drive to serve my community. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help Umpqua United build and improve and provide Douglas County youth with an amazing soccer program. Both of my kids started playing rec with UUSC when they were five and now play on competitive teams, most of which I have coached or been an assistant. I also started playing at 5yrs and continue to play into my "old" age. "Eat, Sleep, [balance the checkbook], Soccer, Repeat."

Hans is an active rec coach and lifelong player with 2 boys playing in U8 and U6 respectively. He is a huge fan of building community through soccer and loves seeing the kids and families play and contribute to UUSC!
